Dr. Frank Fichtner studied law at the University of Cologne and was admitted to the bar in 2000. He earned his doctorate in Cologne and is certified expert in trade and corporate law as in banking and finance law. He worked for more than 12 years in an international law firm and two leading German law firms practising insolvency law in Cologne, Dusseldorf and Berlin before founding this law firm.
